The Company reserves the right to change or modify the contents of our Application at any time and unilaterally change any terms of this Privacy Policy without prior notification. • To communicate with you in relation to the Victoria Facelift Membership Program (such as your membership status, rewards and points etc.) and for facilitating the daily operation of your Victoria Facelift membership account;

• For storing communication contacting details;
• For generating surveys on user traffic on our Application or other avenues;
• For processing your orders and service requests (such as making appointments for treatment sessions);
• For implementing your requests, responding to your enquiries or those made in your name, and providing efficient and responsive service;
• Where applicable, for collecting payment, processing of any payment instructions and direct debit fees; and for internal monitoring, including calculating any amount you should receive or owe, making payment to or requesting payment from you, and collecting any fees or enforcing guarantee granted to our granted by the relevant user.
